PAYMENT PLANS ( Layaway/LayBy) are available and terms are negotiable to suit your Bear Budget!
A 20% ( non refundable but can be transferred ) deposit is required to secure your piece, and periodic payments can be made for up to 6 months (or longer if required).

On receival of your new piece, if it is not what you expected it to be, please contact me within a week ( 7 days ) of arrival to arrange a full refund ( on return in original condition, less shipping and insurance ).
